I have the same issue and was able to chat with activision. It is still under investigation on what is really going on.
I had the same issue yesterday. Spent a few hours with Microsoft resetting profile, re-downloading app. Nothing worked.
Chalk me up on the list of people who get this same error, few days now seems about right, hope they actually try to fix it
The game loads up fine but when I go to find match that when the error happens. The ERROR is network connection lost.
Same here for me too. Spent the whole evening last night setting up port forwarding and static ip addresses and what not to try and fix it. Must be a game issue. Atleast I got my NAT Status to Open now. Ha.

Just read that there was a DoS attack on the server(s) about 48 hrs ago. Says they're "investigating an issue" but they won't say, officially, what the issue is. Could be speculation but it has all the symptoms of a DoS attack so idk. As usual, all it takes is a bad apple or two to ruin things for everyone. Good luck
