I'm trying to connect to the Multiplayer or Spec Ops and it just hangs at the "Fetching Online Profile" screen. After about a minute of waiting it says the servers are down and gives me error code 312 or 380.
The servers are clearly not down, and my friend who uses the same ISP is playing it without issues.
Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
I am using a PS3 and live in Canada.
I have the same issue. But i could play spec ops online but time out in fetching online profile in MP. I've tried everything and am currently in the process of formatting my hard drive. Have you guys found a solution to this yet? I wasted $40 bucks buying a new mw3 cd thinking that the cd was the problem. I'm really desparate. Have you guys found the solution to this? I'm from the Philippines.

Same here...error codes 312, 380 and after resetting router error code 264. playing in UK, Sky is my ISP and my NAT is open! I see COD hasn't answered anyones questions...Elite ha forget it. Why don't code have a page that lists erro codes?? would make sense!
im having the same problem. idk how to get rip of it and activision havent given us an answer yet
I've had this issue since Sanctuary & Foundation hit. Talking with Activision Assist on Twitter and I quit after this response "Try connecting your system directly into the modem (wired). If you're still having issues, you'd need to contact your ISP."
My teammates think I'm ignoring them, it takes so long to connect. Nonsense.
