I need to return a brand new trigger happy for spyros adventures ps3. I have already opened a report for it but customer service is non-existent to say it nicely. The website is absolutely awful to resolve any issues. this is a last ditch effort .
Very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Just wanted to let you know that you will not need to send in the skylanders figure. The only time you would be required to do this would be if it was a limited edition or rare figure.
So is there a replacement on it's way??? The website offers NO help!
Would you happen to have a case/warranty number that was provided to you once you put in the claim?
