Once again, the French customer that I am back to you. Activision Support patch which refers below and should be offered September 12, 2012 is still not available today. The last update AMD ATI 12.9 does not solve the problem ...

as indicated in my first link is that Activision has announced a solution for September 12, 2012 on its support site, not AMD! If Activision had nothing to its customers, as they did not announce the date!
They are unforgivable!
It is a ridiculous situation. This company only wants to sell. They don't care about the costumers and seems that there will be no patch.
How come a company have time to put a game to sell and don't have any time to upload a decent patch to all clients who bought the game and still can't play it?
I have a advice to people who want to play this game: DON'T BUY IT! Although this is a excelent game with a amazing visual, it has one of the worst support that i've seen. You will get a lot of problems with that and will regret for a long time!
It's a interesting situation because activision provides full support to Call of Duty MW3 and don't give a damn to us.
AFAIK it is caused by the AMD gpus and thus you need an AMD gpu patch and no game patch. NVIDIA users dont have those problems (AFAIK). If I got that right dont moan to the devs but the guys responsible for releasing amd patches.
