Betties are back... Woot

World War II General Discussion

I always loved betties.... and they're back.

With no stupid laser... or beep... or anything else to make it obvious to ADD rusher it's there.

Oh... the rage will be epic.

Lovely, a nice corner camper, room camper, belly sniper tool. No shocker there, just waiting to see what version of nube tube will be coming as well.

I can't wait to be on my belly with Lee Enfield and Betty watching my back , ready to jump up at a clueless rusher!

WAW, without bombsquad, if the first one didn't get you the second one did !

I am good with it as long as there is a perk like Bomb Squad to counter them.

There is. I saw it with one of the divisions in Basic Training.

Yeah, there is one that allows you to see enemy equipment and lets you take less damage against explosivves, forget the name of the perk, oops, it's not a perk since they changed the name making this a whole different game, I meant division training. If it walks like a duck.....

Ace explains them here, not sure how accurate he is as he isn't at E3.

One thing I like is that it appears the training elements have levels to them. I like the prospect that there will be a lot to work towards rather than just waiting for a level to unlock a perk. If they do it like Pro Perks could be a good addition.

I seen a few vids on it. It's basically a perk with progression to those perks. They are bascially the same but seem to be fixed to a division so customization is a bit lessened but basically the same as previous COD's from what I can tell. That is why I kind of made the .... "if it walks like a duck" comment. They seemed to hype that they revolutionized the game but just slightly reworked it and named it different.

I'm tempted to go look up my stats on WaW for placing betties, and how many kills I have with them. Well over 20,000 placed for sure.
