Remove ‘protector’ orders.

Get 5 shield deflections in 1 life. 

Almost impossible to obtain now that people know not to shoot shields. 

Just spent an hour trying. 

Was good when cavalry was new. 

Now people have learned to counter shields its a waste of Order space.
