how do you make a clan on MW3 backwards compatible

ive searched up videos and tried to go to call of duty elite page for MW3 but the site doesn't work and I want to make a clan with my friends because I love this game and I'm happy its back

Just because the game is backwards compatible does not mean its back.  All the support elements of the game is still gone by way of the dinosaurs.  Just like any other old video game.  The only thing thats changed is that now you can play it on your Xbox 1.
