Have reached Master Prestige but don't seem to get the rewards. Is there anything I need to do?

I'm Master Prestige 79. From my understanding, the only unlock I should have is the weapon charm 'Elektroschnalle' ...but it's locked.

I can't find an official list of what's supposed to be unlocked either.
