      How do I bind keys to say something that I don't feel like typing myself or don't have the time to stop and say it?

      I think that you type: /Bind [key] say [text] :in Consol but I'm not sure

      And how to I tell it to say to team only?

          ill never bind key's in console
          i do it in the config_mp.cfg
          there i have a overview on wat key's allready binded en what key's are free to bind
          so take your time to bind your key's rather to put them there with the console

          QUICKCHAT

          // ^5 = Cyan
          // ^6 = pink/Magenta
          // ^7 = White
          // ^0 = Black

          or make some toggle binds like

          bind x "toggle cg_drawfps 0 1;toggle cg_drawLagometer 0 1"

          turns on or of fps meter and lagometer

          or quick commands so you dont have to use the quick commands menu

          QUICKCOM

          //======================================================================
          //COMMANDS
          //======================================================================

          bind kp_5 "openScriptMenu quickcommands 2" // Move In!
          bind kp_leftarrow "openScriptMenu quickcommands 5" // Attack Left Flank!
          bind kp_uparrow "openScriptMenu quickcommands 6" // Attack Right Flank!
          bind kp_del "openScriptMenu quickcommands 7" // Hold this Position!
          bind kp_end "openScriptMenu quickcommands 8" // Regroup!
          //=======================================================================
          //STATEMENTS
          //=======================================================================
          bind kp_ins "openScriptMenu quickstatements 1" // Contact!
          bind kp_home "openScriptMenu quickstatements 3" // I'm in Position
          bind kp_downarrow "openScriptMenu quickstatements 4" // Area Secure
          bind kp_rightarrow "openScriptMenu quickstatements 5" // Watch Your Six!
          bind kp_pgdn "openScriptMenu quickstatements 7" // Need Reinforcements
          //=======================================================================
          //RESPONSES
          //=======================================================================
          bind kp_pgup "openScriptMenu quickresponses 1" // Roger
          bind kp_slash "openScriptMenu quickresponses 2" // Negative
          bind kp_minus "openScriptMenu quickresponses 4" // Sorry
          bind kp_enter "openScriptMenu quickresponses 5" // Nice Shot
          bind kp_plus "openScriptMenu quickresponses 6" // Come On

          you also can make 2 seperate cfg out of them like quickchat.cfg and quickcom.cfg and switch during game

          so you will make 2 new binds like

          bind 1 "exec quickchat.cfg "
          bind 2 "exec quickcom.cfg "

          now you can switch between quickchat.cfg and quickcom.cfg and your numpad key's are binded to the new binds quickchat or quickcom
