Depends on the track size and shape that the car is being driven on. Faster is not always better when it comes to cars. If you played Forza or Gran Turismo or any other racer you would realize this. And it depends upon the individual skill of the driver using the car on those courses.
A good driver could do well with each car where a bad driver could not.

Statistical information is FACT. You can't argue fact.
Me being a good player or someone else being a bad player does not affect the gun AT ALL. We don't make the gun better. The gun is fixed, it doesn't change. The gun makes US better. OUR performance changes. THE GUN'S doesn't.
The Ferrari is better than the Ford in every way possible. I just said that. I can guarantee that anyone in the world, whether it's their first time driving, or they're experienced, on any track in the world, would get a better lap time with the Ferrari than a Ford Focus.
I'll make it even more clear. Try these cars.
Formula 1 Car:
Top Speed: 200mph
0-60: 2 seconds
Handling: Super Ridiculously Awesome
Benz Patent-Motorwagen Model 3:
Top Speed: 10mph
Handling: Super Duper Awful
So which one is better now?
