Same here, GTX 570. Was on 306, but tried the betas released so far too (selected the clean install option each time). For the sake of saying it, this definitely isn't the only issue I've been encountering in the game, just the most consistent. It's been a matter of when this problem was going to happen, not if.
There are 43 replies to this and still not a single word from the devs. Well that tells you alot about the customer care policy this company has. Sad, very sad.
Having the same problems as all the above players, cant seem to get past boat intro scene on mission 2. Been experimenting back and forth and its no point trying any longer.
I know it requires time to fix this and its probably not done easily but hey, we payed for this and want to play so please be a little informative is better than keeping shut.
Yeah this just worked out for me.
This is the best solution so far.
1. get the afterburner from http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/index.htm
2. it should be something like this, set ur core clock in the orange square to 725 or below (725 works for me but I'm not sure if you need to set the value lower)
3. click on the apply button as the red square above
4. open BOII and kill everyone u see
EDIT: If you're having problem read the jpeg above, try http://imgur.com/hXVoa
Same here. GTX 580 MSI TWINFORZER with i5 3570k 8 GB running from SSD. Everything is supposed to work like with BF3 and MOH. But this game just randomly crashes. Have the latest 310 drivers from Nvidia but seems to crash at random points. Please fix PCDEV, this is unexpected from a company so big.
The 'underclock your GFX (570 or 580) with 100 Mhz (to a maximum of 700 MHZ) seems to work indeed. Never played that long without crashing at all. i think it was an hour of 3. MP and zombies.
