Treyarch Should Make a Call of Duty Zombies Game!!!

    Riririce

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has thought about this for a long time. Treyarch should make a game called Call of Duty Zombies. It will strictly be zombies. The campaign will be the entire storyline of zombies all the way from the beginning of Nacht Der Untoten (even though it didn't really have a story to it) to the end of Black Ops 2 maps or even further. And then there will be a multiplayer mode where you can play solo or co-op on all the existing maps created plus extra maps! And they can introduce more game modes for zombies and other little easter eggs and things!!! What do you guys think? I have had this idea for a long time now.

          They have said they won't.

Because they want to make game with Single player, Co-Op and competitive MP. And they can't do that with all zombies game.

Just want to point out that it did have a storyline to it, it was just very hard to figure out

If they won't make a full new game, who not a 25.00 add on in between BO2 and MW4. I'd buy it. ****, we all would. Just make it downloadable from the systems store.

Lol it'd be nice, but will most likely not happen.

              • Re: Treyarch Should Make a Call of Duty Zombies Game!!!

I have always wanted a "call of duty: zombies" game. But sadly i know they won't make it.

I literally had the same exact idea as Riririce making a zombie campaign, and zombie co-op.

But i guess all we can do is hope that it will come (even though its not)

                        Call of Duty: Zombies

Call of Duty:Zombies is a run off of the popular game mode, Zombies, in all of Treyarch's Call of Duty games in the past few years, having started in World at War. Zombies became very popular as players of the COD community began creating and  deciphering stories of why and how the characters were placed among these vicious flesh eating undead soldiers and citizens. As the game mode became more and more popular with these fan created stories, Treyarch released map packs that started to show the story coming to life and continuing the battle among the undead. With each map the characters were given names that really identified them as who they were. Among the four, their names were, Nikoli, Richtofen, Takio, and Tank Dempsy. These four went through great triumphs and defeats battling the undead and as the game mode aquired more players, Treayarch really engulfed themselves into creating a story for the players to enjoy. With the release of Black Ops, players were pitted against stronger and higher number of zombies within the game mode. To endulge the story even further while fighting against rounds among rounds of the undead, Treyarch soon established the difficulty of a story easter egg. Players would battle the undead while putting together the pieces of the puzzle to hear a story coming from the characters points of view, mainly Richtofens view was used to create this story by enabling his history with the friendship and rivalry of Dr. Maxis, once Richtofens Colleague and now his enemy. By 2012, Treyarchs Zombies game mode was high and mighty and continued to impress with the addition of Black Ops 2. the easter eggs continued to pit players against difficult rounds of the undead and complete a full story line in the process.

That introduction maybe tons of information, but I am posting this in an attemot to catch Treyachs eyes and convince them of a Full Call of Duty: Zombies installation with a story and everything. Nothing much has to be changed. It would be a difficult task, but I believe that it would make many players happy to have had this released.

My thought on it is that, the menu would look a little something like this:

                  Story

                  Survival

                  Grief

                  Turned

                  Mirror

                  Switched

                  Endurance

I will describe each mode here.

Within the story category, there will be Solo and CO-op options along with difficulty and CPU players on or off.

Survival is the same as always with difficulty and CPU players along with starting round and ability to toggle certain tests per round on or off.

Grief is the same as always, 8 players no CPU players.

                  Turned is also the same.

Mirror. Now this one is a bit different but how It plays out is that when started, instead of spawning at the beginning of the map, you are placed on a random round on a different side the map and you are givin the weakest upgraded weapon along with all grenades and ammo.you must survive from that round you are started in all the way to round one then you begin surviving back up the rounds as far as you can. The catch is the map is in a mirror mode, where everiything is backwards. When you reach round one and survive, the map flips and you play regularly again.

Switched is a mode where four players are the zombies, act like the zombies, walk and run like the zombies and play as the zombie. There are four controlled players and the rest are CPU zombies aong with the survivors.you as the zombie advance with everyround just as the CPU ones do in survival. You get stronger and faster as the zombies do in survival. The difficult part is the game takes the players past survival stats and induces them in the CPU survivors and they will techincally be trying to kill their ghost selves. The survivors will play like the players and this makes more of a challenge for the zombie players as they are trying to kill the survivors that know what they are doing. It is no easy task.

Finally Endurance is somewhat similar to survival except a few differences. Say you start on one map at round one with the beginning pistol, you advance through the rounds and acquire better weapons and more points. Then you get downed and die. But then you spawn on another  zombie map at the same round, say 23, and you have your weapon and points. You survive as long as you can at that map and you get a better weapon and perks and more points. Then u die at round 35 and spawn at the next map at round 35 with ur weapons and perks and points. You survive that until 56 then you spawn at the last map and survive till round 71. you start up at round 71 on the same map and u go until you die. But as soon as you die that second time, its over and your survival on the leaderboards is saved and updated.

                          It will never happen....

Besides the fact that Treyarch's contract is probably the size of the "Affordable Care Act" and twice as ironclad...If Treyarch could somehow legally produce a zombies game outside of the COD umbrella, they'd likely get dumped from ever creating another game for Activision...and it would be locked up in a court battle for years....and finally, in the end, the loss in revenue from getting dumped by Activision would exceed the earnings from any Zombies game even ignoring the legal expenses.

Face it.....Multiplayer is the Steak and Zombies are the mashed potatos.

Your only hope is that someone with the peaNUTS and lawyers to mimic the brand comes out with a competing game.

To all those saying it cant/wont happen... Zombies wont get much better if they dont. Im making a prediction that even the next gen console zombies will be alot like Bo2 zombies, crap EEs, same style maps, NO CAMPAIGN MODE.

Untill they make zombies its own game its going nowhere. I mean look at these new mods for PC  WaW... Its easily better than bo2 and WaW was released in 2008. 5 years later and they still cant best the original... Without a plain zombies game.

                          • Re: Treyarch Should Make a Call of Duty Zombies Game!!!

The game should contain all of the regular of BO2 and Bo1 but change them into zombies. Also they need a campaign where you can finally beat the zombie horde. They could have grief and turned and regular survival in the multiplayer. They could use all the people for the game from WAW and BO1 and BO2 charahcters from those games.

Here's my idea to include a solid competitive multiplayer in the game. It is very different from the same multiplayer that is in every year's game, but it does not change the basic Call of Duty formula, sporting the same general style of play as players are used to. I know it's long, but bear with me.

Keep in mind that the weapons and perks I use as examples of course would be  changed in a game like this.

So everyone starts out at lvl 1 with a pistol and 500 points at the start of every match. Nothing else. Every kill gets you 100 points, headshots 150. Capping objectives in dom also reward a large amount of points. You do not lose any points when you die. When you buy a weapon of the wall, say the M14, you can use it until you die. As you get kills with your weapon, you work toward challenges and when you complete the challenge, say, 50 kills with the weapon in total, you unlock the gun you were using and are able to start the game with it instead of starting with the pistol.

This also applies to box weapons. Say you wanted to start the game with the Commando. You have to hope you get it in the box and get as many kills as possible before death if you want to start with it. When you get 50 kills total with the Commando, you can start the match with it if you please.

You can unlock wonder weapons in the same fashion as other weapons, but when you equip it in a starting class it can only be used on its map. So If you, as an example, were to unlock the Wunderwaffe DG-2, you can equip it in you Create-a-Class like all other unlocked weapons, but the class will be greyed out if the map isn't Der Riese.

Same thing with perks. Say you want to start games off with speed cola. You would build up 3000 points in game and buy it. Perks stay with you for the remainder of the game regardless of death. Finish challenges with speed cola and you now have it in create a class.

To allow people to make points without having to get 30 kills to get speed cola or whatever, there are zombies around the map spawning in here or there or being triggered through dynamic map elements of a sort that work sort of like grunts in titanfall: easy kills and points.

The zombies will behave like a round 3-4 zombie and are little more than something extra to deal with during a match. They do not get stronger as the match continues and more of them do not spawn in to the point where it is mostly zombies. They will only spawn in when others are killed.

Pack a Punching is the same general idea as a Kem, Nuke, or Moab. It is the big thing in the game to earn. It is a 50 kill requirement (or less with zombies/headshots/objective plays), but allows you to have a pack a punched weapon for the remainder of the game, giving you a massive advantage. You can also complete challenges for a specific pap'd weapon to unlock that pack a punched weapon to have in Create-a-class, allowing you to start each game with it. You can only permanently pack a punch one weapon per prestige.

Prestige makes it so you can start each game with more points. Prestige 1: start with 500 every game. Prestige 2: start with 1000 every game, and so on, to add more benefits to prestiging. This caps at 2500 points at the start of a match, at prestige 5.

This would all solve the issue of people complaining about no diversity in the games as well as prevent people from complaining that in doesn't feel like Call of Duty, because it has Call of Duty's gameplay at heart, it only has an extremely unique unlock system.

Campaign would be an apocalypse-themed game that features both zombie killing. With pushing your way through massive hordes as well as gunfights against other survivors. Perhaps even a cooperative campaign since it revolves around the 4 original characters. It could be interesting to see what choices other players make in the story that affect you. For example, you have chosen your character to be Dempsey, which means you will be controlling Dempsey throughout the story. Say someone online who is playing as Takeo is given the decision to either steal supplies from a group or remain honest. And later in the story the group will find Dempsey and they may either capture him or set him free depending on Takeo's choice. This, of course, is a mere example and I'm sure developers can think of better ideas. If playing solo or with less than 4 people,  the characters not being pleyed as will be computers and their choices will either be decided by the player playing, or will be randomized, whichever is a better idea.

Co-op would be classic zombies, perhaps with a few extra gamemodes and gameplay twists if desired.

Please reply to me with what you think of my ideas.

In all honesty , if they made it its own game , it would completely ruin it.
