Still have not received the "up all night" patch. I have even deleted, re-downloaded and re-installed the app to see if that would help, but no.
It has to be said, what with all the issues that my friends and I have had trying to secure bonus content, we will not be offering up any cash towards future in game purchases.
N.B - It doesn't help that there is literally no acknowledgement of the issues raised.
Just thought I would offer an update to this thread.
I have now downloaded this app on:

I have tried to alter my loadout from each app version, thinking that it may force the game to acknowledge the fact that I have an app; unfortunately, each of the app versions are riddled with their own issues and none of them could be used to push changes to the game.
At first glance everything seems fine (on the app side at least); but in game I got the same error each time.
"Call of Duty (R) App data appears to be corrupt. Canceling."
I have also realised that in spite of the fact that I made a single change to the loadout of 1 squad member, the app is attempting to apply the change to the entire squad.

You changed 6 squad members and 1 loadouts from the
Call of Duty (R) App on 11.12.2013. Would you like to accept
To be perfectly honest, I really expected better from a company who do nothing other than create these apps.
I am having this problem too. I got the game 2 weeks ago and downloaded the app. It is linked to my account and I am able to change load outs view clan wars stats in real time and do every thing else on the app. But I still have no patch ...
I would like to add that all my other bonus content backgrounds from MW3 and BO2 are working ... the only one I can't get is the "Up All Night" patch.
