What are you talking about ? All BO II had was tiny maps, enough of them to last a lifetime. Yeah a nuketown or Dome type map is fun, but not when 90% of maps are like that. The best maps were in COD4 and MW2, because they had a great variety of medium and large size maps and had more than 3 linear paths ala BO II.
Glad to see that IW is listening to the community and adding back SnD. I'm not a fan of that game mode but reading the forums there were quite a few players that are. Since someone seems to be listening, I'm truly hoping the Hardcore fans get listened to as well. Respawn timer in HCTDM is horrible; it completely breaks up the pace and seems as though a match cannot be completed as often. Also, why no points when an enemy is killed? I have to avert my attention to the upper right part of the screen and in HC that split second of having to look could be a death for me. This could be a great game for HC players if some things are fixed. Thanks for listening and I'm hoping to see some changes in HC for the better.
Smaller maps are needed for decent SnD matches, so they don't take forever. I would love to see smaller maps, specifically so Face Off could return. I loved the 2v2 and 3v3 modes introduced in MW3. Erosion and Aground were perfect, but different maps, that worked great for that game mode and I'd love to see something similar arrive on Ghosts in the near future.
