Very sorry to hear about your crashing issue!
I do suggest reading over our Activision Support article here as it covers some common troubleshooting steps you can perform for PC errors.
Also, I do suggest you try to delete all of the game files, and then do a fresh re-install of Call of Duty: Ghost.
Try to rebuild your database by holding down the power button on the sony ps4 for a 7 seconds and then let go. You should start in safe mode and then rebuild database. ALso you will have to delete the ghosts application prior to this and then redownload everything you downloaded for Ghosts.
