It sounds like you have a couple of issues here. Let's start with the crash/freeze and the blue screen.
Have you ever been able to run the game on your system or is this a recent issue? Did you receive an error message at any point prior to the crash/freeze? If so, please provide us with the exact error message or code.
Additionally, can you please provide us with your system specs? Run DirectX Diagnostic Tool
Please be sure you are meeting the minimum requirements for the game Activision Support . If so, and if you haven't already done so please try verifying the game cache Verify Game Cache Files (GCF) - How To's - Knowledge Base - Steam Support
You also stated something about a damage disc. Please clarify if you have a damaged game disc and are having trouble with accessing the Support website for a disc replacement.
