Are you talking about the patch for the Pulse headsets? Sony said they would compatible with the PS4 but we'd have to wait for a patch. Outside of that I haven't found any information that resembled a reputable

According to Sony, the only headset which will be fully functional compatible after the Bluetooth firmware change is the Sony branded headsets.  The Turtle Beach/Astros will NOT function via Bluetooth chat and you will have to continue to use a patch cable connecting them to the controller and be tethered to the controller while using it.  Sony has already stated that there is no ETA (if ever) that this will be changed, especially since they are working at bringing a set of competitive headphones out themselves to compete with the higher end headsets.  As of spring, they are supposed to have their own full line of headsets comparable to the TB/Astro line-up, but with the Sony premium price tag.  The premium of which should be a 5.1 DTS headset fully wireless with wired options also available.
