My 5 year old made an in-app purchase and I didn't authorize it or get a password notification. I attempted to change the age after I first bought that app and I got an error saying due to privacy the age could not be changed. I requested the refund via Google Play and I haven't heard anything back. I do not wish to have my details public, how do I contact Activision to get a refund?

Unfortunately this matter must be taken up with Google Play store, since the purchase is made through their store. Since you already contacted them, you must wait until they get back with you to clear up this matter.
