I also checked the servers. It's all Defcon 5.

Were you able to connect before? Have you also tried out other profiles to check if the same thing would happen? Also, try to reset your router/modem and your console as well. And if in any case you're using wireless, try it again using wired. Hope this would somehow help you out.
A support case was created for you and you should be contacted shortly by a Customer Support Representative, if you haven't been already. You can view and update your case at the Activision Support website. After logging in, go to "My Support" then "My Cases".
